What does a typical day at Victory Home look like?

How long is the program?

The Phase I program of Victory Home lasts 26 weeks.

Will I be able to visit with family and friends while at Victory Home?

After your first month at Victory Home, residents are allowed to have approved family and visitors on weekend visiting hours.

Will I be sharing a room with another person?

Depending on the number of residents currently attending, you may be sharing a room with another resident. Between every two rooms is a bathroom.

Will I be able to bring my car to Victory Home for weekend visits?

You will not be able to bring your car to Victory Home. For the Intake interview, you will be need to have a family member bring you and go through the interview process with you.

What are visitation hours on the weekends?

After a month at Victory Home, a resident is able to be released to immediate family members on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. at which time the resident is required to be at the Saturday Night Service. After the evening service, residents are required to stay on campus. On Sundays, family members are able to follow the vans to church, and attend morning service with their resident. After the service the family members can sign their resident out with the staff on hand at the campus, but he must be back on campus by 6:30 p.m. to get ready for the Sunday Night Service at a local church.

Will I be able to bring a cell phone, laptop, or tablet?

You will not be able to bring those items with you to Victory Home.

How can I get in contact with my family members?

We encourage residents and families to send one another letters and care packages. For immediate contact, a payphone is available for residents to make calls out, however, there can not be any calls in. In case of an emergency, family members can call the office at (706)-754-6030.
